Last week, the House Oversight and Investigations Subcommittee heard testimony on reforming national security policy. Dr. Mac Destler is the Interim Dean at the School of Public Policy at the University of Maryland, College Park and was one of the people who testified before the Subcommittee. He's also the author of the book, "In the Shadow of the Oval Office". He's here with more on his testimony.
